Denver Floorball Club
September 7: Boston Puukadet wins East
Coast Tournament and is crowned inaugural North American Champion. In an
electrifying final Boston outscored NYC Floorball 4-2. The ECT acted as
the second leg of the North American Championship, following this years
Canada Cup, and the aggregate score was tied at 7-7. Sudden death
overtime was needed to decide the championship. Boston scored the
winning goal 1:34 into the overtime period to clinch the victory.
